Jessica Joyce Burguan
Jessica J. Burguan was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin and has been a resident of the Phoenix area since 1988. Earning a bachelor of arts and master of arts from Arizona State University, Ms. Burguan taught in West Valley public schools for twelve years before attending law school. This prior experience has offered a unique view of valley residents and their needs. As a graduate of the Phoenix School of Law, Ms. Burguan takes particular pride in serving Phoenix area residents.
Ms. Burguan focuses her practice in the areas of business law, civil litigation and employment law. She handles matters involving contracts, business formation, business dissolution, partnership agreements, litigation, wrongful terminations, harassment, discrimination, employment policies and procedures and employment contracts, and civil litigation.
